At Laundry Basket Quilts, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original packaging and have not been cut, washed, or used. Please note that patterns, books, and clearance items are final sale.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Your Return
Securely pack your items and include a copy of your original packing slip with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
